Pastor Jason and his wife Angie are natives of Yadkin County and have been serving the Lord in youth ministry for eleven years. Pastor Jason received an undergraduate degree in Music Education from Mars Hill College, and later an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies from Vintage Bible College. Angie has a degree in Music Education from Appalachian State University. After teaching in Yadkin County Schools and serving as Youth Pastor in Yadkin County, Pastor Jason and Angie moved to Elkin to be a part of the ministry at TCC in 2000. That same year, their son Isaac was born, and Pastor Jason began working in the Elkin City School system. Pastor Jason is currently a teacher assistant and part-time music teacher at Elkin Elementary School. Angie manages The Main Street Learning Place, an after-school program in downtown Elkin, which is also the home to Solomon’s Porch, our Christian coffeehouse youth outreach.
